We provide a wide range of training session to cater for all levels of commitment and ability.
There are general sessions for the casual player and performance squad sessions for the Men.
Fitness sessions are available in August and September.
The youth section run three sessions on a Saturday morning as well as a week night at Haileybury for the U14's and U16's. These sessions are coordinated by our Youth Performance Coach Luke Camilleri and our experienced coaching team.
Men's performance training (1's and 2's) will be run by Nick Downer with Richard Rawlinson coaching the remainder of the men's section.
Ladies performance training (1's and 2's) will be run by Steve Quiddington with Luke Camilleri running the remainder of the Ladies section.
