Ladies 5th XI v Leighton Buzzard 4

We had a great start to our first league game, with the ball passed skilfully into our attacking D within seconds, which is where it stayed for most of the first half but only managing to end the half 1-0 up. Molly Hobson finding the back of the net for the first of many goals.
A half time talk resulting in us passing the ball around in the D in the second half with Molly scoring another 5 times, Lizzy Moore and Lucy Heald also scoring. We found ourselves down to 10 players a few times in the last 10 minutes, after a few minor injuries.
Well done to everyone and to Emily Palmer who was our player of the Match in a very close vote.
