The U10s team are a mix of players, some of whom have been playing for a year or two previously and some who are new to hockey. This is a great age to give hockey a go as the U10s tend to learn skills quickly and it is easy to see a real difference in the players' ability as the season progresses.
The training sessions are a mix of learning the basic skills of the sport, and introduction to playing in a team, together with a lot of fun.
Training is from 9.45am sharp to 10.45am on Saturday mornings at Simon Balle astro. In addition, the U10s play matches on Sundays once or twice a month.
The U10 Girls have had a lot of success over the last few years, winning the County Finals last season and runners up the previous season, and the U10 girls were the East of England Regional Champions in 2013/14.
