second win for the Development Team

The second friendly of the season, this time against another Development team. We started off passing and moving well, and kept it going all game. Learning from last week, the off the ball movement was very good and enabled us to launch plenty of attractive attacking moves based on good passing interplay. We even got the ball out of defense by passing the ball round the back and driving the ball down the wing. The defense snuffed out the attacks, well guided by Sam in goal. Howie and Doug scored goals from short corners in the fast half, and we managed to maintain then shape, energy and skill level in the season half. Tom scored a third. A really encouraging team performance, and a high standard to maintain in the matches to come.
