While the weather was rainy, for our junior teams there was nothing but sunshine and smiles as Hertford walked away with 3/4 trophies (and 4/4 "A" teams with qualifications to the regional finals).

Our U10s started the day at Haileybury with our GU10 Lionesses, GU10 Tigers and BU10 Stags all taking part. Both the BU10 Stags and GU10 Lionesses were undefeated, with the Lionesses winning 4/4 of their games. The GU10 Tigers played some great games in their tight tournament, finishing on a high with a win in their final game of the day.

Next up were the U12s, with one again the GU12 Lionesses, GU12 Tigers and BU12 Stags taking part. The BU12 Stags won 6/6 of their games to dominantly qualify as county champions, only conceding a goal in the last minute of their last game. The GU12 Lionesses won all 4 of their pool games, scoring 14 goals and conceding none, only falling to a strong Stortford side in the tournament final 0-1. Our GU12 Tigers worked incredibly hard in a tough pool, and displayed some wonderful hockey - including going down to flicks in their ranking game.
