3-2 loss to MBDA

Following our 3 wins on the trot we had a bit of a hiccup against an experienced MBDA side despite going a goal up early on thanks to Jared getting on to a well worked pass, we never looked settled and went in at half time 2-1 down.

Having made some changes at half time we looked to have a better shape and put the opposition under more pressure this paid off when Alex was able to get onto a loose ball and put it away. Lack of concentration and maybe trying to force the game to much led MBDA to get a 3rd. The last 10 minutes saw us dominate the game pushing MBDA back into their own half with a number of short corners Andy coming very close with a lightning shot that would have beaten the defence 9 times out of 10.
Going forward we need to continue to move the ball quickly, patiently and not look for the killer pass on every occasion. Positives are we created a good number of chances worked extremely hard and special mention to both Andy and Tony who had great games in defence and definitely kept the score down.
