This year the Investec Women's and Men's League Hockey Finals and Promotion/Relegation Play-Offs come to their conclusion at one venue, Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre.

The League Finals sees the top four Men's Premier League and Investec Women's Hockey League teams battle it out to claim our premier domestic title.

Meanwhile, the League Play-Offs sees the second from bottom team from the Premier League and the winners of the Regional Conferences from the Men's Hockey League and Investec Women's Hockey League play for promotion and survival!
